IC Support Team

The In-Q-Tel IC Support team brings unique insight and extensive program management expertise into government operations. The team is primarily focused on linking the current and future technology needs of the U.S. Intelligence Community to private sector innovation.

In close coordination with the technology transfer and strategic investment teams, the IC Support team is an essential component of the IQT model that dynamically maps specific technology practice areas on constantly evolving problem sets from the IC. This requires a close working relationship with IQT interface centers within the Intelligence Community to ensure that technologies delivered can be effectively integrated with current operations and will advance the mission of intelligence collection and analysis.

The IQT IC Support team delivers this capability by overseeing the relationship between IQT operations and customer needs. Aspects of this set of oversight activities include:

  • Close interaction with operational end-users and agency-based IQT interface centers to ensure technology focus alignment with current and future IC needs

  • Planning and managing the technology demonstration, pilot, and adoption process to provide direct mission impact of IQT portfolio technologies

  • Supporting ongoing situational awareness and knowledge transfer programs for the IC
