Troy M. Pearsall

Executive Vice President, Architecture and Engineering

As Executive Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Troy M. Pearsall oversees In-Q-Tel's technology initiatives, including the transfer of innovative technology solutions to the U.S. Intelligence Community. This includes engaging with In-Q-Tel's government customers to determine technology requirements and to identify and evaluate technologies for their effectiveness and potential mission impact prior to an In-Q-Tel strategic investment. In this role, Mr. Pearsall also directs technology advancement programs and a rapid prototyping capability, and is responsible for increasing awareness of In-Q-Tel portfolio companies within the U.S. Intelligence Community.

Mr. Pearsall has over 15 of years experience in technology development and adoption. Prior to joining In-Q-Tel, Mr. Pearsall served in numerous management roles in the public and private sectors including several Fortune 500 and startup companies.

Before assuming the role of Executive Vice President of Architecture and Engineering, Mr. Pearsall served as a Visionary Solutions Architect on In-Q-Tel's technical team, championing investments in the areas of information visualization and visual analytics.

Mr. Pearsall earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from New Jersey Institute of Technology.
