Agent Logic
Complex Event Processing (CEP) software for end-users
Agent Logic provides user-driven Complex Event Processing (CEP) software. The Company’s software platform detects individual and complex business events as they occur, based on user-defined rules, and automatically initiates responses as required, such as real-time alerts and process triggering. The Company’s software increases end-user situational awareness by performing complex analytic processes that require monitoring and correlation across multiple information sources, such as financial threat analysis, geospatial tracking, command and control, and investigative case management. Agent Logic leverages all available information, from RSS feeds and Web Services to proprietary databases, message busses, and data sensors, to deliver real-time intelligence to users across the enterprise.
Agent Logic’s products are directly marketed to the U.S. Government, national security communities, and F500 within the financial, transportation, energy, and telecommunication sectors. Since its founding in 1999 Agent Logic has nearly doubled its revenues every year and has been profitable over the last four years. Agent Logic is a pioneer in the rapidly evolving market that Gartner Group has classified as “collective intelligence” using Complex Event Processing, and which Ventana Research has labeled real-time Operational Intelligence.
Agent Logic is headquartered in Arlington, Virginia. Seed funding for the Company was received from Walker Ventures in 2000. In-Q-Tel initially invested in Agent Logic in December 2002. For more information about Agent Logic, please visit www.agentlogic.com.
