BlueLine Grid, the identity-based mobile communications platform, announced that it has closed a strategic investment and technology development agreement with In-Q-Tel (IQT), the investment firm that identifies innovative technology solutions to support the missions of the U.S. Intelligence Community.

BlueLine Grid solves key interoperable communications and information sharing challenges for government agencies and enterprise customers with a secure mobile messaging platform based on verified identity. “BlueLine Grid solves interoperability and information sharing challenges for public safety agencies, and that translates immediately into critical productivity improvements for private enterprise as well,” Jack Weiss, BlueLine Grid President, said. “We are excited to be partnering with In-Q-Tel to develop our solutions for new jurisdictions and companies across the country.”

“BlueLine Grid has proven to be an effective communication and collaboration tool for law enforcement and first responders,” said Jay Emmanuel, Senior Vice President of IQT’s Mobility Practice. “This investment will further development of the BlueLine platform to serve our customers in the national security community.”
